Introduction to Floristry
The Introduction to Floristry course is the perfect course for the beginner. We cover many aspects of floristry on this course and allow you to learn the basics in a fun and friendly environment. It’s the perfect way to see if you like floristry and meet like minded people at the same time.
The course is run over 3 Thursday evenings over three consecutive weeks by our talented team of floristry expects who will guide you through the following:-
Learn about flower handling
Make a Basket arrangement
Make a Table Centre Arrangement
Introduction to wired work – Make a buttonhole
Learn about seasonality
See Demonstrations of more advanced work
This course is recommended as a introduction for anyone looking to see if they like floristry, but also as a stepping stone to build confidence.
When completed students can choose to advance to one of our Commercial or Wedding Floristry courses.
